pelaku pencurian motor (curanmor) berinisial S (36) warga Desa juwiring Kecamatan Cepiring, SL (29) warga Desa Kalirejo Kecamatan Kangkung dan AS (23) warga Desa Pidodo Wetan Kecamatan Patebon Kendal pada Rabu (27\/3\/2024) sekira pukul 01.00 wib dirumahnya masing masing tanpa perlawanan.<br><br>Kasat Reskrim Polres Kendal AKP Untung Setiyahadi\u00a0 menjelaskan bahwa, &#8220;Tiga tersangka melakukan aksinya dengan cara mencari sasaran\u00a0 sepeda motor yang terparkir di depan rumah saudara Pujiono dukuh Ringinmulyo Rt 09\/ 03 Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Cepiring dengan\u00a0 menggunakan kunci\u00a0 T, berdasarkan laporan dari korban kemudian Sat Reskrim Polres Kendal melakukan pengembangan kasus dan berhasil mengamankan ketiga pelaku dan satu unit sepeda motor merek Honda Vario 125 CC warna merah dengan Nopol H 6716 GU,&#8221; jelas Kasat Reskrim Polres Kendal.<br><br>Selanjutnya ketiga tersangka diringkus dirumahnya masing masing dan mengakui sudah empat kali pencurian sepeda motor di tempat berbeda diwilayah Kabupaten Kendal.<br><br>Polres Kendal akan melanjutkan proses hukum dengan melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka, korban, dan saksi-saksi, serta melengkapi berkas untuk dilakukan proses hukum lebih lanjut, termasuk penahanan tersangka.<br><br>Kini para tersangka serta barang bukti sudah diamankan di Mapolres Kendal, guna mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya para tersangka akan dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHP tentang Pencurian dengan ancaman hukuman 7 Tahun penjara.<br><br>Selanjutnya Kasat Reskrim Polres Kendal menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk lebih berhati-hati dalam memarkirkan sepeda motor.<br><br>\u201cSaat memarkir sepeda motor, pastikan kunci tidak tergantung pada kendaraan atau menaruh kunci di dashboard, pastikan sepeda motor terkunci setang, bila perlu gunakan pengaman ganda, jangan menaruh barang-barang berharga di bagasi motor, serta pastikan memarkirkan sepeda motor di tempat yang dapat terlihat dan diawasi,\u201d pesan Kasat
