{"id":18117,"date":"2024-06-14T10:01:40","date_gmt":"2024-06-14T10:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patroli86.com\/home\/?p=18117"},"modified":"2024-06-14T10:01:40","modified_gmt":"2024-06-14T10:01:40","slug":"polda-sulteng-pastikan-kasus-pemerasan-dan-pengancaman-oleh-ssf-segera-dituntaskan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patroli86.com\/home\/2024\/06\/14\/polda-sulteng-pastikan-kasus-pemerasan-dan-pengancaman-oleh-ssf-segera-dituntaskan\/","title":{"rendered":"Polda Sulteng Pastikan Kasus Pemerasan dan Pengancaman oleh SSF segera dituntaskan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PALU,, patroli86.com ,, Polda Sulawesi Tengah pastikan kasus dugaan pemerasan dan atau pengancaman sebagaimana LP\/B\/334\/XI\/2022\/SPKT\/Polda Sulteng tanggal 15 Nopember 2022 akan segera dituntaskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal itu diungkapkan Kasubbid Penmas Bidhumas Polda Sulteng Kompol Sugeng Lestari menjawab konfirmasi media di Palu, Kamis (13\/6\/2024) malam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Laporan perkara sebagaimana LP\/B\/334\/XI\/2022\/SPKT\/Polda Sulteng tanggal 15 Nopember 2022, proses perkaranya masih berlanjut,&#8221; ungkap Kompol Sugeng Lestari di Palu, Jumat (14\/6\/2024)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penyidik sudah menyampaikan Surat Pemberitahuan Dimulainya Penyidikan (SPDP) kepada Kajati Sulteng dengan surat nomor : SPDP\/62\/VI\/RES.1.19\/2023\/Ditreskrimum tanggal 12 Juni 2023 atas nama terlapor SSF, ujarnya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dalam perkembangannya, penyidik juga sudah mengeluarkan surat ketetapan tersangka nomor : S.TAP\/29\/V\/RES.1.19\/2024\/Ditreskrimum tanggal 14 Mei 2024 atas nama tersangka SSF,&#8221; jelas Kompol Sugeng Lestari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugeng menyebut, Rencana mediasi yang diharapkan untuk mempertemukan pelapor atau korban dengan tersangka oleh penyidik guna mencari solusi penyelesaian tidak pernah terealisasi, sehingga proses terkesan berlarut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tetapi saya pastikan perkara akan segera diselesaikan dan tersangka sudah dijadwalkan minggu depan untuk segera diperiksa,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tentang dugaan adanya keterlibatan oknum sebagaimana dugaan kuasa hukum pelapor, kami tidak akan lindungi. Hukum akan ditegakkan siapapun yang terlibat, terang Sugeng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dalam perkara ini tersangka SSF diduga melanggar pasal 368 ayat (1) KUHP tentang pemerasan dan atau pengancaman yang diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 9 tahun,&#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk diketahui perkara ini bermula saudari JR pada tanggal 18 Juli 2021 meminjam uang secara bertahap dengan SSF sejumlah Rp 277 Juta dengan hitungan bunga yang disepakati setiap bulannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelapor telah beritikad baik untuk mengembalikan hutangnya secara bertahap dan bila dihitung kurang lebih yang terbayarkan lebih dari Rp 1 Milyar, akan tetapi tersangka menganggap pelapor masih berhutang Rp 470 Juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tersangka mengancam korban akan mempublikasikan ke media apabila tidak
