Kasi Humas Ipda Ardimal Hagia, S.E., M.E., menjelaskan bahwa pengungkapan berawal dari laporan petugas keamanan lapas yang mencurigai gerak-gerik seorang pengunjung saat hendak membesuk tahanan, Kamis (24\/7\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, Tim Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Tebo segera melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pelaku berinisial T.A.G. (24), warga Kecamatan Rimbo Bujang. Hasil interogasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaku diminta oleh seseorang di dalam lapas untuk membawa sabu ke dalam area tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam penggeledahan, petugas menemukan dua paket kecil sabu dengan berat bruto 0,77 gram yang disembunyikan dalam jok sepeda motor pelaku. Turut diamankan sejumlah barang bukti seperti satu kotak rokok, uang tunai Rp. 200.000.-, tiga unit ponsel, satu unit sepeda motor serta barang bukti lainnya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan keterangan pelaku, sabu tersebut merupakan pesanan dari temannya yang sedang menjalani masa hukuman. Penyidik kemudian melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut terhadap penghuni lapas berinisial R. (25), yang mengakui bahwa barang haram tersebut dipesan olehnya melalui komunikasi telepon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari tangan R., petugas menyita satu unit ponsel yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi terkait transaksi narkoba tersebut. Keduanya kini diamankan di Mapolres Tebo untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedua pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (1) dan\/atau Pasal 112 ayat (1) Undang-Undang RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, dengan ancaman hukuman hingga 20 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polres Tebo menegaskan komitmennya dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba di wilayah hukumnya, termasuk terhadap
