Kapolres tampak menyapa personel dengan ramah, memberikan arahan, sekaligus menyemangati anggota yang bertugas di lapangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam arahannya, AKBP Harris Batara Simbolon menekankan pentingnya kehadiran personel di pos sebagai wujud nyata pelayanan Polri kepada masyarakat. Ia mengingatkan agar setiap anggota menjalankan tugas dengan ikhlas, penuh tanggung jawab, dan mengedepankan sikap humanis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLaksanakan tugas dengan baik dan penuh keikhlasan. Berikan pelayanan terbaik, bantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan, dan jadilah pelindung serta pengayom di tengah aktivitas Nataru,\u201d pesan Kapolres kepada personel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain memastikan kesiapan pengamanan, Kapolres juga meninjau langsung aktivitas pelayanan masyarakat di pos, termasuk pengaturan lalu lintas, bantuan informasi, serta kesiapsiagaan personel dalam menghadapi situasi darurat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kehadiran Kapolres di lapangan menjadi motivasi tersendiri bagi personel yang bertugas, sekaligus memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi masyarakat yang melintas atau
