Patroli86.com ,, Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Lombok Timur menyita sejumlah telepon genggam (handphone\/HP) milik kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Lotim. Penyitaan tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka penyidikan kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan buku muatan lokal (Mulok) tahun anggaran 2021\u20132024 yang bersumber dari Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meski demikian, pihak Kejaksaan belum merinci jumlah HP yang disita dari para kepala UPT maupun kepala sekolah. Namun, Kejari Lotim membenarkan adanya tindakan penyitaan tersebut sebagai bagian dari proses penyidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Memang benar ada HP milik kepala sekolah yang disita oleh penyidik,\u201d ungkap Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Lotim, Ugik Ramantyo, saat dikonfirmasi kemarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ugik menegaskan, proses penyidikan kasus ini masih terus berjalan. Penyidik saat ini fokus mengumpulkan alat bukti serta keterangan dari berbagai pihak yang diduga mengetahui atau terlibat dalam perkara tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHingga saat ini sudah sekitar 20 orang yang dimintai keterangan. Penyidik masih mendalami perkara ini agar peristiwanya menjadi terang,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ia menambahkan, Kejari Lotim berkomitmen menuntaskan penanganan kasus tersebut secara profesional dan transparan. Namun, pihaknya belum dapat menyampaikan detail lebih lanjut kepada publik karena proses hukum masih berlangsung,”pungkasnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
