Halmahera Selatan\/\/Patroli86.Com\/\/ \u2014 Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Labuha menyatakan bahwa banyak laporan dugaan penyimpangan dana desa di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan saat ini masih berada pada tahap temuan Inspektorat dan belum seluruhnya masuk ke proses penegakan hukum pidana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Labuha, Tommy Busnarma, S.S., S.H., M.H., saat pertemuan silaturahmi dengan Barisan Rakyat Halmahera Selatan (BARAH) di Kantor Kejari Labuha, Selasa, 20 Januari 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tommy menjelaskan, secara aturan, temuan Inspektorat tidak serta-merta menjadi perkara pidana. Temuan tersebut terlebih dahulu ditindaklanjuti melalui mekanisme administrasi, termasuk pemberian kesempatan kepada pihak terkait untuk mengembalikan kerugian negara apabila ditemukan adanya kerugian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

,\u201cBanyak laporan dana desa saat ini masih sebatas temuan Inspektorat. Belum semua bisa langsung diproses sebagai perkara pidana, karena ada tahapan yang harus dilalui sesuai aturan,\u201d ujar Tommy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ia menegaskan, Kejari tetap memantau dan mengawasi setiap perkembangan temuan tersebut. Jika dalam prosesnya ditemukan unsur pidana dan tidak ada itikad baik untuk menyelesaikan kerugian negara, maka perkara dapat ditingkatkan ke proses hukum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam kesempatan itu, Kejari Labuha juga menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah berkomunikasi dengan Bupati Halmahera Selatan agar Inspektorat bekerja secara independen, profesional, dan tidak terpengaruh kepentingan tertentu dalam melakukan pemeriksaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

,\u201cKami sudah sampaikan kepada Bupati agar Inspektorat tetap independen dan objektif,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, Kejari Labuha meminta Inspektorat bersikap kooperatif dalam hal penyediaan data dan dokumen apabila ada laporan masyarakat yang perlu ditelusuri lebih lanjut oleh aparat penegak hukum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

,\u201cKami berharap jika ada laporan yang masuk dan membutuhkan pendalaman hukum, Inspektorat bisa kooperatif dalam menyediakan data yang dibutuhkan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di sisi lain, BARAH menyampaikan harapannya agar seluruh laporan masyarakat terkait dana desa tidak berhenti di tahap pemeriksaan administrasi semata, tetapi benar-benar ditindaklanjuti secara transparan agar tidak menimbulkan kecurigaan publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melalui koordinasi antara Kejari, Inspektorat, pemerintah daerah, dan elemen masyarakat, diharapkan pengawasan dana desa di Halmahera Selatan dapat berjalan lebih efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
