Kristyo Nugroho, memimpin Apel Serah Terima Kepala Regu Pengamanan (Astekpam) sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam menjaga stabilitas keamanan dan ketertiban di lingkungan Lapas. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pejabat struktural dan jajaran pengamanan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan serta soliditas tim dalam pelaksanaan tugas selama bulan suci Ramadhan, pada Sabtu (21\/02\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam arahannya, Kalapas menegaskan bahwa bulan suci Ramadhan harus dimaknai sebagai momentum untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengabdian. Kalapas mengingatkan bahwa kondisi berpuasa tidak boleh menjadi alasan menurunnya kinerja, melainkan harus menjadi penyemangat untuk bekerja lebih optimal dan profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPuasa bukan alasan untuk menjadi lemah. Justru di bulan Ramadhan ini saudara-saudara harus lebih meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan kesiapsiagaan. Tugas pengamanan harus tetap dilaksanakan secara optimal, baik di dalam blok hunian maupun pos atas,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalapas mengajak jajaran pengamanan untuk terus melakukan perbaikan, meningkatkan kapasitas diri, serta membangun budaya kerja yang lebih disiplin dan berintegritas. Beliau juga menekankan pentingnya peran Tim Satuan Operasional Kepatuhan Internal (Satopspatnal) dalam melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian internal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKunci utama menciptakan kondusifitas Lapas adalah disiplin dan konsisten dalam pengawasan.
