Zoom meeting ini merupakan agenda rutin Direktorat Pelayanan Tahanan dan Anak untuk memantau capaian kinerja pelayanan tahanan pada seluruh Satuan Kerja Lapas\/Rutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan diawali sambutan sekaligus pembukaan oleh Direktur Pelayanan Tahanan dan Anak, Masjuno. Dalam arahannya, Masjuno menekankan beberapa hal penting terkait pelaksanaan tugas pelayanan tahanan, khususnya kesiapan jajaran pemasyarakatan menghadapi implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa poin utama yang disampaikan meliputi pentingnya ketertiban dan akurasi pelaporan pelayanan tahanan (Yantah) pada seluruh satuan kerja Lapas dan Rutan. Selain itu, masih ditemukannya kasus overstaying tahanan yang sebagian besar disebabkan keterlibatan pihak eksternal dalam proses administrasi perkara, sekitar 80% bersifat normatif, sehingga berdampak pada pengelolaan tahanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masjuno juga mengingatkan seluruh jajaran agar mempelajari dan memahami marwah KUHP baru. Lapas dan Rutan tidak lagi hanya dipandang sebagai tempat penitipan semata, tetapi memiliki peran lebih luas dalam sistem peradilan pidana. Eksistensi Rutan ditegaskan tidak hanya berkutat pada aspek administrasi penahanan, namun harus mampu menjalankan fungsi pelayanan dan pengelolaan tahanan secara optimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Rutan Manna, Hannibal, S.Sos.,M.Si., menyatakan kesiapan jajarannya menindaklanjuti arahan tersebut. \u201cArahan Direktur sangat jelas. Yantah harus tertib dan akurat. Terkait KUHP baru, kami di Rutan Manna siap bertransformasi. Rutan bukan hanya tempat menahan, tapi bagian penting dari sistem pembinaan. Kami akan koordinasikan internal untuk pastikan semua berjalan sesuai ketentuan,\u201d tegas Hannibal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi ini diharapkan seluruh jajaran pemasyarakatan, khususnya pada bidang pelayanan tahanan, dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja, tertib administrasi, serta kesiapan dalam menghadapi implementasi KUHP baru dalam sistem
