Lumajang, patroli86.com – Satreskrim Polres Lumajang meringkus RS (31) warga Dusun Krajan Tengah, Desa Ranulogong, Kecamatan Randuagung, pelaku penganiayaan seorang pemuda di perlintasan kereta api, Desa Randuagung, pada Rabu (1\/2\/2023) pukul 12.15.

\u201cSetelah mengumpulkan beberapa informasi, tak sampai 24 jam, kami berhasil mengungkap dan mengamankan terduga pelaku penganiayaan,\u201d kata Kapolres Lumajang AKBP Boy Jeckson Situmorang melalui Kasubsi Penmas Subbag Humas Polres Lumajang Aiptu Eko Budi Laksono, Kamis (2\/2\/2023).

Eko Budi mengungkapkan, tersangka RS diamankan oleh Satreskrim Polres Lumajang di rumah saudaranya di Dusun Clarak, Desa Kebonan, Kecamatan Klakah secara persuasif dan humanis sekitar pukul 22.30 WIB.

\u201cTersangka RS ini telah melakukan penganiyaan terhadap MIH (22) warga Desa Gedangmas, Kecamatan Randuagung,\u201d ucapnya.

Ia mengatakan, MIH dan SK korban istrihat kerja akan membeli makan dengan mengendarai sepeda motor Honda Beat, tak sampai di perlintasan rel kereta api pelaku muncul dari belakang dengan mengendarai sepeda motor R.15.

\u201cDilokasi kejadian pelaku dan korban cekcok mulut hingga melakukan penganiayaan terhadap korban dengan parang sebanyak 2 kali mengenai kepala,\u201d ujarnya.

Saat diintrograsi penyidik Pelaku mengakui perbuatannya telah melakukan penganiayaan terhadap korban dengan menggunakan parang karena sakit hati istrinya berpacaran dengan korban..

\u201cDari pengakuannya pelaku sudah pernah mengingatkan kepada korban sekitar 10 bulan lalu jangan ganggu istrinya karena masih belum cerai. Korban pernah minta maaf tidak tahu kalau masih belum cerai,\u201d terang Eko.
