Polres Tabanan mengikuti rapat kesiapan acara peresmian Jembatan Merah Putih TNI-Polri yang akan diresmikan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia melalui Zoom Meeting, Selasa (11\/8\/2026). Kegiatan yang berlangsung pukul 14.00 hingga 15.10 Wita tersebut digelar di Ruang Vicon Tathya Dharaka Polres Tabanan dan dipimpin oleh Komjen Pol. Prof. Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, S.H., M.Hum., M.Si., M.M., serta diikuti oleh PJU Polres Tabanan.<br><br>Dalam arahannya, Wakapolri menekankan pentingnya pembangunan jembatan sebagai upaya mengatasi keterbatasan aksesibilitas masyarakat di wilayah pelosok, meningkatkan keselamatan warga, khususnya anak-anak sekolah, serta mendorong pemerataan pembangunan dan pemulihan ekonomi daerah. Kehadiran jembatan diharapkan mampu memperlancar mobilitas masyarakat, distribusi hasil bumi dan logistik desa, sekaligus memperkuat konektivitas antarwilayah yang sebelumnya terputus.<br><br>Program Jembatan Merah Putih Presisi juga menjadi wujud nyata peran Polri dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional melalui sinergi dan gotong royong bersama pemerintah daerah serta berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Secara nasional, tercatat sebanyak 874 jembatan menjadi bagian dari program tersebut, dengan 190 jembatan telah selesai direnovasi, 662 jembatan telah selesai dibangun, dan 22 jembatan masih dalam proses pembangunan yang tersebar di 29 Polda di seluruh Indonesia.<br><br>Seijin Kapolres Tabanan AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati, S.I.K., M.H., melalui Kabagops Polres Tabanan Kompol I Made Tama, S.H., M.H., mengatakan&#8221; Dalam rapat tersebut, Wakapolri menegaskan agar seluruh jajaran mempersiapkan setiap aspek pelaksanaan peresmian secara matang dan melakukan gladi secara menyeluruh guna memastikan kegiatan berjalan lancar tanpa kendala. Rapat juga diisi dengan laporan rencana kegiatan peresmian Jembatan Merah Putih Presisi di wilayah hukum Polda Banten yang disampaikan oleh Kapolda Banten.
