Pertemuan mediasi tingkat tinggi yang berlangsung di Kantor Gubernur Kalimantan Barat pada Kamis, 20 Agustus 2026, berhasil melahirkan Berita Acara kesepakatan bersama yang komprehensif dan mengikat.<br \/><br \/>Capaian yang kita raih hari ini bukanlah proses yang berdiri sendiri, melainkan puncak dari rangkaian mediasi berjenjang yang secara konsisten mengedepankan semangat musyawarah dan mufakat. Peran Pemerintah Kabupaten Ketapang di bawah kepemimpinan saya terbukti sangat krusial dalam menjembatani aspirasi serta menjaga keterbukaan komunikasi antarpihak. Sejak 20 April 2026 lalu, saya telah memimpin langsung ikhtiar damai ini dengan memfasilitasi dialog dan merumuskan kesepakatan awal antara masyarakat adat dengan pihak perusahaan, demi menciptakan solusi yang adil, bermartabat, dan berkelanjutan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat.<br \/><br \/>Pondasi lokal tersebut kemudian memperoleh penguatan di tingkat nasional melalui Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) dan RDPU bersama Komisi XIII DPR RI pada 30 Juni 2026. Atas mandat Peraturan Presiden Nomor 156 Tahun 2024, Kementerian Hak Asasi Manusia RI menindaklanjutinya hingga bermuara pada forum koordinasi lintas sektoral yang dipimpin langsung oleh Direktur Jenderal Pelayanan dan Kepatuhan HAM, Munafrizal Manan.<br \/><br \/>Kehadiran Pemangku Kepentingan Kunci<br \/><br \/>Bobot strategis kesepakatan ini terlihat dari hadirnya berbagai pemangku kepentingan pusat dan daerah, antara lain Komisi XIII DPR RI, Mahkamah Konstitusi, Kementerian Kehutanan, ATR\/BPN, Komnas HAM, LPSK, BIN, Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, Ombudsman, Bupati Ketapang, unsur TNI-Polri, Dewan Adat Dayak Ketapang, perwakilan Masyarakat Adat Dayak Kualan, serta PT Mayawana Persada.<br \/><br \/>Pertemuan tersebut menghasilkan delapan poin kesepakatan, meliputi penghormatan hak masyarakat adat, penyelesaian tali asih, program CSR, percepatan infrastruktur, penyelesaian hukum melalui restorative justice, pencabutan laporan kepolisian, jaminan kondusivitas wilayah, serta pengawasan dan tindak lanjut kesepakatan.
