Naser saat menghadiri rapat persiapan pelaksanaan Salat Istisqa di Masjid Miftahul Khairaat, Kelurahan Labia Bae, Kecamatan Ampana Kota, Rabu (9\/9\/2026) sekitar pukul 18.30 WITA.<br><br>Rapat tersebut dihadiri unsur Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), Kementerian Agama, Pemerintah Kabupaten Touna, tokoh agama, pengurus masjid, serta sejumlah pihak terkait. Pembahasan difokuskan pada kesiapan sarana dan prasarana serta teknis pelaksanaan Salat Istisqa.<br><br>Dalam penyampaiannya, AKP Muh. Naser menegaskan bahwa Polres Touna siap mendukung kegiatan tersebut, termasuk dalam aspek pengamanan dan pengaturan arus lalu lintas bagi jamaah yang akan mengikuti salat.<br><br>\u201cKepolisian Resor Tojo Una-Una mendukung pelaksanaan Salat Istisqa. Semoga kemarau panjang hampir dua bulan ini segera berakhir dengan turunnya hujan dan dapat membantu memadamkan titik api yang membakar hutan dan lahan,\u201d ujar AKP Muh. Naser.<br><br>Ia juga menyampaikan agar MUI berkoordinasi secara resmi dengan Polres Touna terkait kebutuhan pengamanan, termasuk pengaturan dan buka tutup jalur apabila diperlukan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan.<br><br>Selain persiapan ibadah, peserta rapat juga mendorong penyebarluasan informasi melalui masjid, organisasi kemasyarakatan dan media sosial agar masyarakat dapat mengikuti pelaksanaan Shalat Istisqa secara bersama-sama.<br><br>Berdasarkan hasil kesepakatan rapat, Salat Istisqa akan dilaksanakan pada Jumat, 11 September 2026, pukul 07.00 WITA. Lokasi pelaksanaan disepakati di Lapangan Stamina Ampana, sedangkan khatib dan imam akan ditentukan oleh MUI.<br><br>Pelaksanaan Salat Istisqa tersebut diharapkan menjadi ikhtiar bersama masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam menghadapi kondisi kemarau serta membantu mengantisipasi dampak kekeringan dan kebakaran hutan dan lahan di wilayah
